Playful Ascent of the Bicycle Climb
The bicycle climb combines a circular foot motion with a graceful climb. So, begin in a classic climb position, with both hands at forehead height and the body in an L-shape. Now, lift the top leg and circle the foot around the pole from the outside in to create a “pocket” with the fabric.
Lower the hips and bend the elbows, while drawing the fabric towards your chest. This will secure the foot in the pocket. Next, straighten the arms and reach the hands back up to forehead height. Release the tail of the fabric from your heel and repeat the same foot motion on the opposite side.
