Feel the Thrill of the Knee Drop
The knee drop is another dynamic move that requires precise timing and control. Begin by climbing high and securing a single footlock on both silks. Lean back slightly with an engaged core, and cross both legs at the ankles, one in front of the other.
Bring the dominant leg up and wrap it around the pole of the fabric with a foot tucked behind the opposite leg. Reach the opposite arm high above your head, creating a long, graceful line. To initiate the drop, slowly release the leg and bend the knees slightly. The fabric will catch on your knees and create a controlled descent.
