Flow Like a Ribbon
This pose requires you to climb high and secure a single footlock on both silks. Lean back slightly with an engaged core and cross both legs at the ankles, keeping one in front of the other. Bring the dominant leg up and wrap it around the pole of the fabric, tucking one foot behind the opposite leg.
Reach the opposite arm high above your head to create a long, graceful line. While holding this pose, imagine your body becoming a fluid ribbon, draping elegantly from the silks. Feel the power and balance, and then slowly unwind the leg and bring the arms back down to end the routine.
