Find Security in the Slip Knot Knee Hang
The slip knot knee hang offers a unique hanging position that can be used for rest, transitions, or even as a starting point for other moves. Begin by making a secure slip knot in the fabric, leaving the tails long enough to reach the feet. Sit comfortably on the knot with a straight back and engaged core. Then, reach down and grab one of the knot tails with each hand.
