Dynamic Flow of Splits Roll Up
The splits roll up combines flexibility and control in a mesmerizing way. Start by securing a double footlock, either figure-eight or eggbeater wraps. Lower yourself into a deep split and focus on the leg that’s in front of the split. Reach a hand high up on the silk near the foot. Let the other hand serve as support.
Inhale and kick the front leg towards the opposite side. Simultaneously, roll your shoulders in the same direction, keeping your back straight. The fabric will wrap around the back leg, lifting it higher. Hold the split briefly, then repeat the roll in the opposite direction, focusing on the other leg.
