Graceful Arch of the Bow Pose
Embrace the sky with the graceful bow pose. Begin by sitting comfortably in the aerial hammock and gently leaning back. Be sure to keep the core engaged and the shoulders relaxed. Reach both arms forward and grasp the fabric near the feet.
Inhale and lift the chest while gently pulling the feet towards the torso to create a gentle backbend. Feel the stretch in the spine and the openness in the chest as you hold this pose. To exit, slowly release your feet and lower yourself back down to a seated position. Breathe deeply and enjoy the feeling of weightlessness and release.
