Separating the Fabric and Climbing
Separating the fabric and climbing is a fundamental skill that allows one to navigate the silks with ease and precision. Start by standing with both feet shoulder-width apart and holding one silk strand in each hand. Bring the silks up and over your head, crossing them behind your back.
Now, reach your arms through the fabric and grasp the silks again, holding them close to the body. This creates a separation between the two strands. Engage the core and legs, and start climbing by alternating hands. Be sure to keep the fabric close to the body and maintain a controlled ascent. Also, breathe deeply and focus on smooth, coordinated movements.
