Conquering the Basics
This is called the basic climb for a reason. Start by standing with both feet shoulder-width apart and holding one silk strand in each hand. Reach both arms up high, bringing the silks together above the head. Now, the key is to wrap the fabric around one foot, just above the ankle. Step the other foot onto the wrapped foot, creating a stable base.
Engage the core and lift the body, using both hands to pull the silks up. Repeat the process, reaching high, wrapping the opposite foot, and stepping up. Remember to keep your core engaged and breathe steadily as you ascend.
