Conquer the Pull-up
The pull-up is a classic move that builds upper body strength and endurance. To do it perfectly, grip with both hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Palms should face away for a classic pull-up and towards you for a chin-up. Tighten the abs and keep the body straight, hanging from the bar, with the arms fully extended.
Initiate movement by pulling the shoulder blades down and back as if pinching a pencil between them. Engage the arms and back muscles to lift the body until the chin clears the bar. Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position, keeping the core engaged and your body straight.
