Enhance Flexibility With the Taffy Stretch
The taffy stretch is a fun and effective way to increase flexibility and core strength. Start by standing with both feet shoulder-width apart and holding one silk strand in each hand.
Bring the silks up and over the head, crossing them behind your back. Reach the arms through the fabric and grasp the silks again, holding them close to the body.
Now, engage your core and slowly lean forward, allowing the silks to pull the torso down and stretch the sides. Keep the shoulders down and back straight, and breathe deeply, while holding the stretch for a few seconds. Reverse the steps to release.
