Soar With the Angel Flip
To do the angel flip, start by climbing high enough to have ample space for the drop. Invert into a straddle position, then wrap the legs from the outside in, securing the silks behind your back. Now, cross the silks twice behind the back and bring them into the armpits. Sit up tall, arch the back, and reach for the pole ends of the fabric.
Climb up until comfortably seated in the wraps. Next, wrap each leg three times, then reach through the fabrics with thumbs facing down. Arch and let go of the pole ends. While falling, keep the silks in front and bend one knee.
