The criss-cross stag splits combine flexibility and control in a visually striking way.
Start by securing a double footlock, either figure-eight or eggbeater wraps. Lower into a deep split, ensuring both legs are straight and core engaged. Now, bring the dominant leg up and wrap it around the pole of the fabric, tucking a foot behind the opposite leg.
Reach the opposite arm high above your head, creating a long, graceful line, and feel the spine stretch and the openness in your chest as you hold this pose. Repeat the same steps on the other side, focusing on the opposite leg and arm.
