Find Elegance in the Upright Arabesque
For the upright Arabesque, climb high and secure a single footlock on both silks. Lean back slightly with an engaged core and reach a free hand overhead to grab the tail of the fabric. Bring it across your back and wrap it once around the thigh of the free leg.
Extend that leg straight back, keeping the hips square to the floor. Reach the free arm overhead, creating a long, graceful line, and feel the weight of your body supported by the silks. Hold this pose for as long as possible. To exit, slowly lower the leg and release the fabric from your thigh.
