Embrace the Upside Down Arabesque
To do the upside-down Arabesque, climb high and secure a single footlock on both silks. Then, lean back slightly with an engaged core and reach a free hand overhead to grab the tail of the fabric. Bring it across your back and wrap it once around the thigh of the free leg.
Bend the top leg at the knee, keeping the hips square to the ceiling. Extend a free arm overhead, creating a long, graceful line. Now, stay still and feel the weight of your body supported by the silks. Hold this pose, savoring the feeling of being upside down and in control before exiting.
