The Cargill-MacMillan Family – $38.8 Billion

The Cargill-MacMillan family is one of the most powerful and richest families of America, if not the world. It all started back in 1865 when William W. Cargill decided to found agribusiness giant Cargill Inc. As of today, twenty-three members of the Cargill family own 88% of the company. Believe it or not, the company generates about $108 billion in annual revenues.
So it’s no surprise that this family has an estimated net worth of $38.8 million. In fact, if this clan, at least 14 are billionaires. Reportedly, the family chooses to keep about eighty percent of Cargill Inc’s net income inside the company for reinvestment annually. Hey, it’s safe to say that this family’s fortune is only going to get bigger!
