Jack and Kim Johnson

Singer-songwriter Jack Johnson and his wife Kim Johnson are a rare pair of celebrity college sweethearts. In 1993, Jack found himself sitting with a group of new friends in the dining commons of the University of California, Santa Barbara. That’s when he spotted his future wife, Kim.

“We had already met in the dining commons but we didn’t really see each other after that. So I walked out of my class a week later, and someone locked their bike to my bike,” Kim said. “He [was] hiding in the bushes. He likes to think he’s off to the side being super cool, smoking a cigarette, but really he was hiding. Then he said, ‘Hey, wanna go get lunch?'” The rest, as they say, was history! The couple was married by 2000 and now share three children.
