Of course, all of our old-school Hollywood fans will remember actress Lauren Bacall’s twelve-year marriage to the iconic Humphrey Bogart. However, not many remember that she also married actor Jason Robards in 1960, remaining so until 1969.

Looking back, Bacall never had any regrets, even after separating from Robards. “I put my career in second place throughout both my marriages and it suffered. I don’t regret it,” she said later. “You make choices. If you want a good marriage, you must pay attention to that. If you want to be independent, go ahead. You can’t have it all.” Well said!
