Tomas desperately wanted his once incredibly open daughter to tell him everything that had been happening with her lately. Once upon a time, he and Aliya had been able to talk all afternoon long about what was happening in her life. Now, however, she was completely shut off to her father. Still, though, Tomas felt the need to try at least one more time…
