Of course, Tomas expected the school board to instantly end Duncan’s career and kick her out of the school. That way, she would never scream at innocent children again! If there are behavior problems, the teacher should talk to the child and the parents first, before perhaps moving onto the school. She should certainly never scream at them in street and rage!

Unfortunately, the way the school board handled the case only enraged Tomas more. Instead of firing Duncan, they said they would simply give her a few more training sessions and then release her back into the classroom. After all that, Aliya would retain her evil teacher!
