Played By: Simon Helberg

As you can see in the picture below, Simon Helberg looks decidedly less dorky in real life. Which explains how Helberg married actress Jocelyn Towne back in 2007. Today,  they have two beautiful children together.

Just like his Big Bang‘s character, Helberg doesn’t have a Ph.D. in real life. However, he received a Critics Choice Award for his performance in the show! Aside from his Big Bang Theory’s work, Helberg earned a Golden Globe nomination for his performance in Florence Foster Jenkins, starring Meryl Streep. Like many of his Big Bang Theory cast members, Helberg now works behind the camera more often than not.
