Trying to Find Her Son

As an adult, Faix began looking for her adopted son. As any good detective would, she started at the beginning: the original adoption agency. However, there Faix discovered her search would end as soon as it began. The adoption agency told her that the documents she needed had been destroyed during a flood, some years prior. Just as it had started, the trail had already run cold.

For years, it seemed that Faix would never reunite with her long lost son. Years came and went, Faix fell in love, and had two more daughters. Still, she never forgot about her adopted boy. Then, finally, in November 2017, a law came into effect that gave the now 49-year-old mother hope!
