CT Scans

For those who do not know, a computerized tomography, or CT, scan, combines X-rays taken from all different angles around the body. It’s really a remarkable piece of medical equipment! They are so powerful they can even provide sectional images, aka slices, of blood vessels. Without a doubt, the CT scan would reveal what hid inside Favell’s stomach.

After a few seconds of loud noises, the CT scan was over! At this point, a few more doctors had entered the scan room, having heard about Favell. In a few moments, once the doctors poured over the images, she would finally have the answer she so desperately desired!
