Fear, Fame, and One Very Nervous Elephant

Jitendra didn’t exactly rush to tell anyone about his bizarre run-in. Maybe he was still in shock, maybe he was a little mortified. Either way, when he finally opened up, people couldn’t get enough. He talked about the elephant’s roar, the kind that makes your skin go cold. But the funniest part, the massive animal looked just as terrified.
He insisted he could see pure panic in her eyes, which, honestly, only made him more jumpy. The story spread fast and suddenly Jitendra was a local legend, with neighbors showing up just to hear him tell it again. Meanwhile, the elephant was off doing her own thing, digging like crazy with her front legs until she’d worked herself deep enough to bury her face in what looked like a huge well.
