Find Serenity in the Cocoon
Transform into a cozy chrysalis with the cocoon pose! First, create a hammock with the silks using a secure knot. Sit comfortably in the center and engage your core as the fabric embraces you. Next, split both legs at the ankles, one in front of the other. Bring the dominant leg up and wrap it around the pole of the fabric, tucking the foot behind the opposite leg.
Reach the opposite arm above your head, creating a long, graceful line. Feel the security and comfort of this pose, and slowly come back down. Don’t be discouraged if it takes a bit of practice.
