The Man in the Moon
Want to feel like you’re floating in the moonlit sky? The “Man in the Moon” is a beautiful and surprisingly accessible aerial silk pose to help achieve that. Start by climbing high and securing a single footlock on both silks. Lean back slightly, engage the core, and cross both legs at the ankles, one in front of the other.
Raise the dominant leg and wrap it around the pole of the fabric, tucking the foot behind the opposite leg. Reach the opposite arm above your head, creating a long, graceful line. End it by slowly unwinding the leg and bringing the arm back down.
