Embrace the Half-in Half-Out Pose
The half-in half-out is a playful and visually striking aerial silk move that combines strength and control. Start by climbing high and securing a single footlock on both silks. Lean back slightly, engage the core, and let the wind move through your hair.
Now, cross both legs at the ankles, one in front of the other. Bring one leg up and wrap it around the pole of the fabric, tucking the foot behind the opposite leg. Reach the opposite arm above the head to create a long, graceful line. Feel the power and balance while holding this pose. Slowly unwind the leg and bring the arm back down to exit.
