Jack Black and Paul Revere

Could you imagine Paul Revere’s legendary words, “The British are coming! The British are coming!” coming out from the mouth of actor-comedian Jack Black? After looking at the photo and painting below, you probably can! Black’s eyebrow raise and hand-on-chin gesture make him look very similar to the New England patriot.

Of course, while they might look alike, these celebrity doppelgangers have little in common. Revere helped the United States by fighting in the American Revolution. Meanwhile, Black has entertained us all with his band Tenacious D and in epic blockbusters like the Jumanji reboot. However, while everyone has enjoyed Black’s work, it’s hardly comparable.
