Being Cautious

Before Cooper decided to put her daughter on the Paleo diet, she first contacted and discussed her ideas with her doctor, to make sure everything would turn out okay. Unfortunately, as her doctor told her, there’s very little research into raising growing babies on the Paleo diet. Still, despite the lack of research, her doctor cautioned Cooper about putting her baby on this diet.

Ultimately, Cooper decided that she would raise her daughter on the Paleo diet from day one, since there was no evidence it would cause little Grace any harm. However, Cooper did make one very important exception to her own Paleo diet for her daughter…
