Just One Exception
You see, if Cooper followed the Paleo diet by the book, baby Grace would not be allowed any breast milk. That’s right! However, this mother knew that her daughter needed milk if she wanted to grow big and strong, so Cooper decided to make this one exception to the Paleo diet for Grace.
In the end, Cooper decided to give Grace breast milk for the first six months, as many doctors recommend, and then slowly ween her off of dairy completely. In the meantime, the mother also started keeping a sharp eye out, in case she could find a Paleo alternative sooner!
