Gail’s Childhood

If you ask Gail Lukasik about her childhood, she remembers it as pretty normal! Certainly, while growing up in Ohio, she had no idea her mother held a terrible secret from her. She and her siblings had two parents that loved them, took them on vacation, and always got them to school on-time. Likewise, Lukasik cannot recall them fighting often or even that loudly! It all seemed idyllic!

However, as Lukasik grew older, she started spending more time over at her friends’ houses. That’s when she noticed that her mother did have a few odd habits that none of the other mothers did.
