Gina Crotts’ incredible story begins in 1999, when she was just 19-years-old. At the time, she found herself fresh out of high school, with the whole world in front of her. Then it all came crashing down: Crotts discovered she had become pregnant. “I laid back and let my entire body sink into the bubble-filled bathtub. I have always said, I do my best thinking soaking in a hot bath, but tonight I wasn’t thinking. I was praying,” she recalled in a recent interview with the Daily Mail.
Staring at the positive pregnancy test, Crotts could see her dreams of a job burning up in her mind. “The double red lines on my pregnancy test kept presenting itself, in my mind, like flashing neon lights. Positive. Positive. Positive.”
