Dad has a bit of extra weight to lift in this weighted squat, which means more gains. It’s a win-win for him; he gets to keep an eye on the kid while sticking to his workout plan. Don’t try it at home or the gym, though; heavyweights and gym machines are not safe enough to have children around, especially babies.
