You’d need a lot of practice to get used to some workout routines. Especially with lifting weights, form is fundamental to achieving good results from your workout. However, the guy in this picture still has a long way to go in perfecting the form needed to lift this bar clean off the floor in a single swoop.
He’s almost got the hang of it, though he looks to have loaded more weights than he can lift at his level. This Gym-goer must have learned an important lesson after this attempt to try progressive loading as a strategy to climb the weight ladder.
