Henry Cavill – 38-Years-Old, Man of Steel

Since hitting it big in the remake of The Count Of Monte Cristo, actor Henry Cavill has never slowed down. From Man of Steel to the recent Mission Impossible movie, he’s done it all. Along the way, Cavill has also become one of the fittest stars in all of Hollywood.

If you think you can turn into Superman all on your own, think again. Even with all his riches and free time, 38-year-old Cavill says that his training for Man of Steel nearly broke him. His trainer, Mark Twight, says that “it’s huge amounts of kettlebell workouts.” Well, that certainly makes sense!
