Jessica Biel – 39-Years-Old, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Everyone remembers Jessica Biel from the show 7th Heaven, as well as hit movies like Stealth and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Of course, today, she might be more famous for her marriage to singer Justin Timberlake and her current role on the USA Network’s show The Sinner. And despite turning 40 in less than a year, Biel looks nearly the same as she always has!

While Biel enjoys everything from yoga to plyometrics, she says she always listens to her body, taking off days when she needs to. “I’m aware of how my muscles feel, what it feels like when anything changes. Playing sports and being physical helps me maintain that sort of relationship with my own body,” Biel explained.
