Just Another Day At The Office
November 14th, 2011 started just like any other regular day. Firefighter Marc Hadden got up, brushed his teeth, kissed his wife and children goodbye, and headed to the fire station. At first, it seemed like a quiet morning, hopefully one without too much action. However, before long, that all changed.
Just as Hadden sat down to eat lunch, the fire station received an emergency call. “It was just a somewhat normal call,” Hadden recalled of the day. “But very quickly, we realized that it was going to be a life-changer for us…” The firefighter and father could never have known the call would even end up impacting his family!
