The Last Alaskans – Real

Of course, living in a frozen, wolf-infested wilderness is not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s truly amazing how the people of the show The Last Alaskans live their day-to-day life. While most of us have a nice roof over our heads and heating, the stars of this Discovery reality show are living in a log cabin, in frigid temperatures, with very few of the creature comforts that we all take for granted.

And, guess what? The Last Alaskans is pretty much exactly what you see on the television. These hearty folk struggle every day to survive in the last of America’s true wilderness. We salute them! But will only join them as a last resort…
