Taylor Momsen – How The Grinch Stole Christmas

Sometimes, child stars grow up to become very different as adults. Just ask former actress Taylor Momsen. Growing up as an adorable child, Momsen often played innocent little girls like the character of Cindy Lou Who in the live-action remake of  How the Grinch Stole Christmas, co-starring Jim Carrey. However, as she grew older, the former child star wanted to leave her cutesie days far behind her.

These days, fans of the Grinch will hardly recognize Momsen. She’s gone total rock n’ roll – literally! After retiring from acting in the 2010s, the 27-year-old became the frontwoman of the hard rock group The Petty Reckless, who continue to tear up the charts today with hits like “Take Me Down.”
