Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus

Believe it or not, rapper Snoop Dogg and his wife, Shante Broadus, have been together for over two decades. They even went to high school prom together! After they had their first child, son Corde, in 1994, Snoop Dogg and Broadus married in 1997. The ups and downs of their marriage were documented on their reality TV show, Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood.

The high school sweethearts filed for a separation in 2004, though they reconciled and renewed their vows in 2008. Back in 2013, Snoop Dogg told Queen Latifah in an interview, “[he] had no understanding of how I was hurting her and how I was betraying myself, until I [realized] I need to love this woman who loves me and had my kids. [I needed to] put my life in perspective and let my music and my business become secondary.”
