Without a doubt, actors Nicolas Cage and Patricia Arquette have one of the most interesting forgotten marriages in Hollywood. For those of you who don’t remember, in the ’90s Cage and fellow star Crispin Glover had a little competition over Arquette’s heart, with the former winning. Though both later stated it wasn’t that serious.
Serious or not, Cage and Arquette’s relationship led to a very real marriage in 1995. However, the pair separated after just nine months. Oddly, they still acted as a couple in public until Cage actually filed for the split in February 2000. Of course, this could all just be Nicolas Cage being Nicolas Cage…
