The Dynamic Inchworm Climb
The inchworm climb is perfect for challenging core and leg strength while building control. Begin with both feet shoulder-width apart and holding one silk strand in each hand. Bring the silks up and over your head, crossing them behind your back.
Next, reach both arms through the fabric and grasp the silks again to create a separation between the two strands. Engage the core and bring one foot up towards the body, wrapping the fabric around it securely. Step onto the wrapped foot with the other leg to create a stable base. Repeat the process, alternating legs and reaching high to grab the silks.
