When Wedgies Walk Down the Aisle
Two of the four bridesmaids seem to be dealing with the all-too-familiar wedgie—a pesky pinch of fabric that sneaks into places it shouldn’t. A wedgie typically happens when clothing is too tight, loose, or poorly tailored, creating that uncomfortable tug at their dresses. The term ‘wedgie’ comes from the action resembling the wedge shape the fabric makes.
Bridesmaids often wear the same style or color dress to symbolize unity and to complement the wedding’s aesthetic. This tradition also helps the bride stand out in her unique gown. But sometimes, the dresses bring a little unintended humor to the occasion, just like the sneaky wedgies caught in our photo.
