Paws and Reflections: Dogs at Sea

A dog sporting a serious expression while donning his vest on a boat is a sight to behold! While some breeds, like Labradors and Newfoundlands, are born water lovers, others, like Bulldogs and Pugs, might prefer to stay dry on the shore.

Interestingly, their behavior in the sea often mirrors their personalities on land. Adventurous breeds like Retrievers and Spaniels can’t resist a splash, while more cautious types, such as Terriers, might take some convincing to dip their paws. Regardless of breed, one thing’s for sure: seeing a dog in his element, whether it’s on land or at sea, is always a joyous spectacle!
