You’ve got to hand it to Jim Picôt—capturing a shark casually photobombing a heart-shaped school of salmon is one for the books. “Love Heart of Nature” was the 2020 Drone Award winner, and it’s easy to see why. This heart-shaped salmon swirl is like nature’s version of a group hug, with the shark just swimming in.

While salmon are usually all about swimming upstream, they took a moment to get artsy here. And the shark? Probably just cruising for lunch, but hey, it found itself at the center of a love story—unplanned but perfectly timed. Nothing says “I heart seafood” like this scene from the deep blue.
