Get Too Close for Comfort

Primates have become part of the ultimate interactive zoo experiences and other attractions. However, they can become touchy! These two creatures, dressed in human clothes, seem to be getting too friendly with the woman.

While apes can be friendly and exhibit affectionate behavior, they are still wild animals with unpredictable instincts, which probably explains this photo. There have been cases where apes have hurt humans in attractions. For example, in 2009, a chimpanzee named Travis attacked a woman in Connecticut, causing severe injuries. Such incidents highlight the importance of cautious interactions with these intelligent yet powerful creatures, even in controlled environments.
