Ben Sasse – Alexandra Sasse

Alexandra Sasse once did her algebra homework at a Senate hearing—because when your dad is a U.S. senator, study time doesn’t always happen at the kitchen table. She became part of the Sasse family in 2003, growing up alongside her father, Ben Sasse, as he navigated politics and academia.

In 2018, cameras caught him helping her with equations during a committee hearing, highlighting their close bond. She’s also made appearances in campaign ads discussing healthcare, proving she’s not shy about big topics. With her father now leading the University of Florida, she’s had a front-row seat to both Washington and higher education leadership.
