Matthew Perry and John C. Breckinridge

One can almost feel the sarcasm of Matthew Perry’s Friends character Chandler Bing when you look at the picture below of America’s 14th and youngest vice president, John C. Breckinridge. Of course, this could very well be the case! Breckinridge was known among his colleagues for his private sense of humor, though he tended to present a very professional appearance when in public.
And while Perry stayed out of politics, he did change history on television. After all, Friends will likely remain one of the most popular sitcoms for the foreseeable future. While it ended in 2004, Perry still makes $20 million a year from reruns and merchandise sales, a testament to the show’s popularity. Fans can’t wait to see him on the upcoming HBO Friends reunion!
