Jessica Chastain and Bryce Dallas Howard
Actress Bryce Dallas Howard, the daughter of everyone’s favorite child-star-turned-director Ron Howard, has been mistaken for fellow redheaded actress Jessica Chastain more times than she can count. In fact, teachers and casting directors have been confusing the two since they were aspiring actresses in college. Apparently, Howard would regularly get addressed as “Jess” in auditions and at local cafes.
“It’s funny, when I don’t wear makeup, nobody mistakes me for Jess. But, whenever I put makeup on and look half-presentable, it’s ‘Ah! Jessica Chastain!'” Dallas Howard said. To make things even more confusing, the two redheads started alongside one another in the 2012 film The Help.
