Alec Baldwin – 40 Pounds

Back in 2011, actor Alec Baldwin found out he’s pre-diabetic, so he announced to the world he would try and become healthier. For many, healthy development can be precisely what they need to begin a weight loss journey. After his diagnosis, Baldwin decided to give up artificial sugar and dairy altogether. Then, he started doing Pilates and swimming daily.
Like many of us, Baldwin finds it hard to work out while busy. So, on those days, he says, he merely eats less. Recently, Baldwin admitted losing a total of 40 pounds following his new plan! We’re sure he took some tips from his wife, Hilaria, who owns a yoga studio in the Big Apple.
