Kim Zolciak – Undisclosed Weight Loss

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is nothing short of stunning. However, it was evident that Zolciak didn’t have control over her eating as she couldn’t resist all things edible. Whether it was pasta, vegetables, or sweets, Zolciak would have it all. Unsurprisingly, Zolciak began to add on the pounds as she was overindulging in foods. Eventually, she grew tired of the body shaming and having lost her figure.
She then took on a strict diet of healthier meal options and, of course, portion control. What’s more, Zolciak also began drinking a lot of water throughout the day. When she hit the gym, Zolciak made it a habit of having a banana before her workouts to fuel up her activity. It seems all of her efforts have paid off, Zolciak is now back into a fabulous shape!
